• Arrival Time - 14:00– 18:00
• Departure Time – 10:00
• No smoking allowed indoors.
• No pets allowed.
• Guests undertake to use the premises and facilities at their own risk.
• Not wheelchair accessible
• No functions or visitors are allowed on the premises, without prior arrangement.

• A 50% deposit is required to secure a booking. 
• The balance is due seven days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation 21 days prior to arrival – 50% of deposit refundable.
• Cancellation less than 21 days prior to arrival – no refund 
• Booking within 7 days of arrival – a full cash payment 
• Single occupancy – 25% discount on the room rate
